Sports Coach Education Volunteer in Coral Coast, Fiji

If you want to make a lasting impression on children whilst coaching them in sports in an educational way, then this TRU Experience Travel project is the one for you! Join us on this beautiful island country of Fiji, in Coral Coast. This fun-filled, action-packed project is designed to create a relationship between children through sport whilst imparting education on them at the same time. Create an impact on their physical health as much as their intellectual health whilst gaining invaluable coaching experience yourself!

Share your sports and enthusiasm with children, positively impacting their lives

The Sports Academy in Coral Coast helps aspiring athletes, in the local community, reach their full potential, making a real difference in their lives! You will teach sports rules and game basics, organise sport-related activities and teach children about respect and fairness in sports. Monitoring their performance and encouraging them to succeed you will be a key part in their journey to success!

Have fun, relax, and explore the island on ‘Fiji Time’!

Time has less meaning here than in the western world; everything moves at a much slower place. That said, you’ll have lots of activities you’ll want to fit in on your free weekends! For some adventure, head to the Kila Eco Adventure Park where you will find rope courses, and giant swings, or cool off in the azure waters with some scuba diving or snorkelling. Further, there’s the Tavuni Hill Fort to explore, and the Arts Village is a must-see! Also, if you’re a golfer, you can practise your swing at Natadola Bay Championship Golf Course before heading down to Sigatoka Market for something good to eat. And for those evenings when a good sunset and a cool drink is in order, simply hang back at your beachfront accommodation and mix with your new found volunteer friends.
