Kindergarten Volunteering Pokhara

If you love working with children, why not teach amidst the blue mountain ranges of Pohkara? This is a city which is as vibrant as it is, beautiful! Otherwise known as a gateway to the Annapurna Circuit – the home of  the majestic mountains of the same name, Pokhara offers its visitors adventure, beauty and culture. In fact, there’s so much to do here, that a week just isn’t enough. However, working as a Kindergarten Volunteer in Pokhara, you will have plenty of time to fit in as much as you can!

Work with Children in one of Nepal’s most Picturesque Cities!

Primarily, you will be supporting teachers in local kindergartens, helping them to prepare for classes, and adding your own creative flair to your lessons! Here you will help young children learn the basics of English through song and rhyme, and games, building their confidence as they go. As many children come from underprivileged families, they may need a little extra support. Therefore, we’d love our volunteers to be empathic, and, importantly, flexible enough to match the needs of these lovely little ones!

Explore the Beauty of Pokhara as a Kindergarten Volunteer

There is a lot to see here, from ancient temples and museums, to paragliding, paddle-boating and other adventure activities! In fact, whatever you’re looking for, you’ll likely find it in this understated city, with a wealth of treks, white-water rivers and hills to navigate on your time off! Alternatively, you can also hang back at your accommodation with friends, or head to one of the many restaurants in the city, offering a wide range of local and Western cuisine. In short, your stay as a Kindergarten Volunteer in Pokhara will be memorable for both you – and the children who will be lucky to have you teach them!
